Pearls of Wisdom Party

The Education Foundation hosts the Pearls of Wisdom oyster roast and barbecue at the 24th Street Park where attendees can enjoy live music and an all-you-can-eat buffet of oysters, barbecue, fried chicken, hush puppies, and more. The annual fundraiser benefits VBCPS teachers and students by raising funds to support the Education Foundation’s Adopt A+ Grants program. Sea Summer Solstice

Sea Summer Solstice is an exciting summer event from June 13-15, 2025, at 24th Street Park and VB Oceanfront. This family-friendly festival celebrates the start of summer with water slides, inflatables, interactive activities, vendors, and live music.
Visitors can enjoy a variety of attractions while supporting the Virginia Beach Education Foundation. Guests can save extra with a weekend pass for three days of fun!

Golf Tournament

The 31st annual golf tournament will be held at Heron Ridge Golf Club on Thursday, June 26, 2025. The event includes lunch and dinner, practice range balls, gift bags, team and player prizes, and snacks and beverages throughout the day.
The tournament raised approximately $50,000 to support the Education Foundation’s Adopt A+ Grants program.
