Virginia Beach Education FoundationAt the 2020 Teacher of the Year Celebration May 2, 2019, at the Westin Town Center, we will honor 87 Teachers of the Year from each of the Virginia Beach City Public Schools, one special education teacher and name our citywide Teacher of the Year. Join us for the annual event by sponsoring one or more Teachers of the Year!

Each $350 sponsorship includes:

  • On-site recognition at sponsored table
  • Name recognition on the web following the event
  • Half of a table* including the following:
    • One seat for a school’s Teacher of the Year
    • One seat for the Teacher of the Year’s guest
    • One seat for the principal
    • One seat for the sponsor**

Other exclusive event sponsorships available:

Beverage Stations ($2,500) includes:

  • SAT sponsor for two Teachers of the Year with all benefits listed above plus:
    • Company logo on-site signage
    • Company logo on video presentation
    • Company recognized by speaker

Audio Visual ($3,500) or Flowers ($4,000) includes:

  • SAT sponsor for one Teacher of the Year with all benefits listed above plus:
    • Company logo on event webpage with link

Catering ($15,000) includes:

  • SAT sponsor for two Teachers of the Year with all benefits listed above plus:
    • Company logo/mention in email to guests prior to and following event

Dinner with all the trimmings ($25,000) includes:

  • SAT sponsor for four Teachers of the Year with all benefits listed above plus:
    • Company rep. can address guests during program (5 minutes max)

Notes:

* A maximum of two Teachers of the Year/Sponsors per table.
** Sponsors can add up to one additional guest for a fee of $25, available at check out.
Only one sponsorship per school is available for the 2020 Teacher of the Year Dinner. Sponsorships are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with payment at check out.
Sponsor attendance is not mandatory and sometimes unforeseen challenges prevent a Teacher of the Year and his/her principal from attending.
